If you decide to get the HVAC system serviced by some other provider after our inspection we are completely okay with it.

WHAT DO WE INSPECT?
Most HVAC systems need major repairs, and get irreversible damage because they are neglected. Home owners or business owners don’t need to sign up for expensive annual maintenance service if you want to call the maintenance team on your terms and when you want. However, you do need to make sure your HVAC system is working fine and doesn’t need cleaning or rewiring. Hiring professional inspection is a much more reliable solution than calling a repair guy who will force you into having a thorough cleaning even when it is not needed and charge you hundreds of dollars. Our technicians will check the HVAC system and see if it needs any minor repair or cleaning.
Here what we check in our inspection:
Blowers– Blowers push the heated or cold air into the rooms. We will check it’s efficiency and functioning.
Air Filter– Just like the name suggests air filters, filters out air from outside before pushing it in the system. We will let you know if it needs cleaning.
Electric connection– The wires, and electricity flow through the system should be working well for the whole HVAC system to work right. We have special equipment to check the flow to electricity through the systema do and figure out any electrical leakages.
Thermostat– Your HVAC thermostat helps to regulate the internal temperature. We check if it’s working right.
Coils– we will check if the condensation and evaporator coils are working right for the air conditioning system of the HVAC.
Water drippage– We will check if water is dripping on any place of the whole system.Dripping water can cause bacteria or mold growth. It can destroy the structure of your house if not taken care of, we check for any drippage.
Venting– We will check if the ventilation system is working right. Proper ventilation is important for the health of your family. That’s why our technicians inspect the venting equipment such as the fans.
Heating unit– Finally we check the heating unit of the HVAC. We will see if the radiator, ignition, burner assembly etc are working fine.
In case we find any issues, we will inform you in writing so you can get proper repair service as soon as possible.
